Ok, apparently they do! Presumably you want to know a little more about me so, brace yourself! My name is Anna Everson and I am a freelance copywriter. I’m 28, happily married and I have two lovely little girls. The most interesting thing about me is that I spent a summer working as a holiday rep on one of the Greek islands. This was a real eye-opener for me and the stories I could tell! People behave very strangely whilst on holiday. When I go on holiday myself, I always feel sorry for the poor rep. It’s not as glamorous as it looks!

My passions are reading, writing (of course), new technologies, current affairs and all things Italian. My interest in writing began when I was 12 and I got a lovely little diary with a lock! Perfect for keeping my little sister’s prying eyes away from my most innermost thoughts. I kept a daily diary up until I Ieft university.

One of my pet hates is ‘text speak’. I avoid it as much as I can without looking weird. My personal write my essay canada texts contain mainly correctly spelled words, but sometimes I have to give in to speed, lol. It worries me that my children will grow up thinking that good spelling is irrelevant.

I read a lot and I have many favourite authors including, Dan Brown, Jodi Picoult and Jeffery Archer (eyebrows raised? Seriously, give him a try, he’s really good!). I am also the very proud owner of a Kindle, which is the most fantastic invention. I’m addicted to downloading the free books. Even if I read every single minute of every single day, I would never get through them all in my lifetime. I also love the Blackberry Playbook, perfect for a writer on the move.

I’m also a bit of a news junkie. I feel that I’m missing out if I don’t know what’s going on in the world. What an amazing, fascinating and scary world we live in! I also love conspiracy theories, they fire up my imagination. I firmly believe that things are not always what they seem and there are some very good spin doctors out there…

I love writing and marketing. My perfect job combines them both, so feel free to pop back and read some more of my ramblings. I’d love to know, what inspired you to follow your career?
