If you want to block the email address from where you receive the spam email, then follow the steps given below:

  • Log in to your SBCGlobal email account by entering the correct username and password.
  • Now you need to click on the Settings > Mail Options > General > Spam Protection option to make the settings as per your choice.
  • To block the email address, click on the Mail options > Blocked Addresses.
  • Now add the email address that you wish to block and then save the changes and you can be sure that you will not receive any email from the blocked email address.
