PLAN PARA DEJAR DE FUMAR EN 5 DIAS. LECCION 01 TERAPIA PERSONAL Esta noche antes de acostarse haga lo siguiente: 1. De un corto paseo a pie, y respire profundamente. 2. Tome una ducha o baño tibio. 3. Si tiene costumbre de beber algo caliente, tome un té de manzanilla o toronjil, o si lo prefiere leche. No beba NINGUN OTRO LIQUIDO. Durante estos 5 días debe evitar el uso de bebidas alcohólicas. 4. Utilice jugos de frutas en abundancia. 5. Repita su decisión varias veces: “Esta noche me he propuesto dejar de fumar”. Pida a Dios que fortalezca su voluntad y duerma tranquilo. 6. Coloque estas instrucciones cerca de su cama. Las necesitará al momento de levantarse. PENSAMIENTO AL DESPERTARSE 1. Su primer pensamiento: “Anoche me propuse dejar de fumar por mi propio bien y el de mi familia”. Repita: Decidí no fumar hoy, por fuerte que sea el deseo. Repítase esta frase varias veces al día y cúmplala. 2. Beba uno o dos vasos de agua o limonada. 3. Haga 15 minutos de ejercicios. 4. Respire profundamente durante algunos minutos. 5. Tome una ducha o baño tibio, antes del desayuno, durante 5 minutos. Esto es un deber. 6. No beba café. Su desayuno matinal deberá constar de jugos de frutas, plátano, pan, huevo sancochado y cereales. ATENCION: El café en virtud de ser un estimulante, aumentará su deseo de fumar. – Evítelo – IMPORTANTE: Cuidado con la comida del medio día, pues no deberá tener carne, ni vinagre, ni condimentos, ni frituras. YA ESTA EN SU TRABAJO… ¡TENGA CUIDADO! 1. Evite los compañeros que fuman. 2. Si algún amigo le pregunta: ¿Quieres fumar? HE AQUÍ SU RESPUESTA: “No, gracias, me he propuesto dejar de fumar”. 3. Evite el café y tome naranjada, limonada o apenas agua. AL MEDIO DIA: 1. Su comida debe ser vegetariana. Si come verduras, evite comer frutas en esa misma comida. Si desea huevos, Pídalos cocidos. 2. Salga al aire libre y camine por 10 minutos, respirando profundamente. POR LA TARDE: 1. ¡Cuidado¡ En la hora de la merienda, evite la rutina y los compañeros que fuman. 2. Beba jugos de frutas en abundancia. 3. Si fumó algunos cigarrillos. No se desanime. Puede perder una batalla, pero decida ganar la guerra. ¡ Vale la pena ¡ 4. Haga planes definidos para no perder la segunda lección. ADELANTE, PUEDES LOGRARLO. ÉXITO.

May His Grace and Peace be with you Friend. I hope that this letter finds you in the best of yours health and spirit. We are also keeping well by the grace of God. We feel truly blessed by God, having the privilege to work in His service. We work as a ministry in Pakistan called Catch The Holy Fire Ministery Pakistan Our goals are to help ease the suffering endured by persecuted Christians at the hands of the religious extreme fundamentalists and to work to restore a peace between the peoples. We also do what we can to educate the poor, to give them strength and hope to carry out their lives. Catch The Holy Fire Ministery Pakistan wants to help to educate the young children in reading, writing and arithmetic. We want to see them grow up educated and ready to face any challenge life may throw their way. We also want to see their parents and the elderly benefit from the Holy Scriptures being read in their homes to give them strength and courage to face the day. We are confident that we can return pride back to those who have lost everything, just because they long to serve Jesus Christ. Jesus commanded us with the beatitudes to care for those less fortunate than us. It is not enough to see the scourge of Satan across the backs of the hurting, but to do something about it. Join with us, and we will change what we can together! ON GOING ACTIVITIES (1) FORMAL CHILDREN SCHOOL: We do need your support in our Orphanages and formal education schools as every children in the school are studying free of cost and getting books, note books, stationeries, uniform, shoes and Etc….. (2) SUNDAY SCHOOLS: This ministry is handling with Sunday schools in Gojra a nd Near Villages where Catch The Holy Fire Ministery Pakistan teaching about Bible and Christ. Sunday school manages to show the Christian Movies and provide them with Christian Story Books to make the learning easy and comprehendible. Sunday Schools also have choirs. Children learn about new Christian Songs in native Language. Choirs some times perform in conventions and in churches as well. (4) FREE DISPENSARY: Children on the streets are very much likely to risk their lives indulging into drugs and the ministries wishes them to lead health lives after getting treated. (5) HANDICAPPED CENTRE: Our visitation group is sharing the love of Christ with the handicapped children and adults. We are weekly arranging seminars and programs to share the word of God with these people and children. (6) OPERATION SOUL WINNING: Operation soul winning is a special outreach programme to win many souls and share the love of God in summer & Holidays in Rural &urban areas, with Literature distribution, film ministries, open air meetings, crusades etc.. (7) Orphans: We are working with Orphans, Semi Orphans and Street Children. OPEN INVITATION TO YOU " THE HARVEST TRULY IS GREAT BUT THE LABOURERS ARE FEW " We invite the Mission partners to come here in Pakistan join us and reach these souls. We monthly and weekly organize prayer meetings in the communities and there is open platform for International Preachers, Church Pastors, Evangelistic and Missionary brethren to come and Labour with us in the harvest of the Lord.
