The Myrtle Trace is surrounded by mature trees, and it is quite affordable for many people including retirees. The area has about 150 homes to boast of.

You can find the Myrtle Trace South homes for sale between Hwy 544 and Hwy 501 in Conway and. The homes are constructed in three different stages and in three different neighborhoods with each having its own amenities.
